of this unit is to develop learners’ understanding, knowledge and skills in
sustainable operations management, including the key elements of sustainability
and their importance to businesses, the business drivers and barriers that
affect sustainable development, the different practices that can be used to
improve sustainability throughout the supply chain, as well as performance
indicators and the business impact of sustainability. Explore a variety of
